AC Milan have announced that their U17 player Mattia Cappelletti has signed his first professional contract with the club. This means that the promising defender will be at the club at least until 2026.
The right-back has made 15 appearances for Milan’s U17 side this season, scoring one goal and registering three assists. He also made his debut for the Primavera side earlier this month, coming off the bench in the final minutes.
Cappelletti follows the likes of Pietro Parmiggiani, Emmanuele Sala, Lorenzo Ossola and Alessandro Bonomi who have all penned their first pro deals in the past few months.
